Start with your situation
We’ll talk about what coverage you have now, what isn’t working, and what matters most to you.
If you’re self-employed or comparing coverage because your work benefits don’t fit, I’ll help you understand the options available to discuss—what they cover, where the limits are, and what questions to ask.
You ask for a call. I’ll call you about your request. No application is submitted through this website.
I’m Eli Thermilus, President of ET Health Advisors LLC and a licensed health insurance agent. My job is to help you make sense of your choices—not rush you through a decision.
We’ll talk about what coverage you have now, what isn’t working, and what matters most to you.
I’ll walk through relevant options, including eligibility, coverage limits, and costs that matter to your decision.
You decide whether you want to explore an application. Asking for a call does not enroll you or obligate you to buy.
A one-on-one conversation can help you see what’s available and what questions to ask next.
Different coverage options can have different eligibility rules, benefits, exclusions, and limits. I’ll explain the relevant details as we review your choices so you can make an informed decision.
I’ll tell you when an option may not fit what you need.
I won’t describe coverage as comprehensive unless it is.
I’ll explain when health questions or underwriting may affect eligibility.
I’ll call because you asked me to—not because a third party passed along your information.
Health coverage products can sound similar while working very differently. Take time to verify the person, identify the type of coverage, and read the written terms before making a decision.
Ask for the agent’s full name, state license information, and National Producer Number (NPN). The NPN identifies a producer; check with your state insurance department to confirm the agent is authorized in your state. If you can’t verify the credentials, pause before sharing sensitive information or enrolling.
Health care sharing ministries are not insurance, and payment of medical expenses is not guaranteed like an insurance claim. Sharing is governed by the program’s membership rules.
Short-term coverage and limited-benefit products may not provide the same protections or broad coverage as comprehensive major medical insurance. Fixed-benefit coverage may pay a stated amount for a service or event rather than the full bill.
Licensed in the states below. Product availability and eligibility can vary by state and carrier; we’ll confirm what’s available for your situation.
I’m finishing the setup for a secure request process. This page is not collecting contact details right now.

This website is for general information. It is not an enrollment form, and viewing it does not start an application or create a coverage request.
Online call requests will open after the secure intake process is ready.
